CONTRACT NOTICE
Marmara Municipalities Union will procure Feasibility Plan Service within the scope of the BSB00584 MACRO CLEAN project. This procurement covers “consultancy services for the preparation of two comprehensive feasibility studies” assessing the pilot-scale production of fertilizer and bioplastics from macroalgae. The assignment aims to translate existing scientific research and laboratory results into investment- and decision-oriented feasibility assessments, covering technical, financial, economic, environmental, and social dimensions, in order to support MMU in evaluating the viability, sustainability and scalability of macroalgae valorization solutions in line with circular and blue economy objectives. The project is being financed by the EU INTERREG NEXT BLACK SEA BASIN PROGRAMME. Marmara Belediyeler Birliği, BSB00584 MACRO CLEAN projesi kapsamında, « Fizibilite Planı Hizmet Alımı » gerçekleştirecektir. Bu satın alma, makroalglerden gübre ve biyoplastik üretiminin pilot ölçekli uygulanmasını değerlendiren iki kapsamlı fizibilite çalışmasının hazırlanmasına yönelik danışmanlık hizmetlerini kapsamaktadır. Hizmet alımının amacı, mevcut bilimsel araştırma ve laboratuvar sonuçlarını; teknik, mali, ekonomik, çevresel ve sosyal boyutları kapsayan, yatırım ve karar almaya yönelik fizibilite değerlendirmelerine dönüştürerek, Marmara Belediyeler Birliği’nin döngüsel ekonomi ve mavi ekonomi hedefleri doğrultusunda makroalglerin değerlendirilmesine ilişkin çözümlerin uygulanabilirliğini, sürdürülebilirliğini ve ölçeklenebilirliğini değerlendirmesine destek olmaktır. Proje, AB INTERREG NEXT KARADENİZ HAVZASI PROGRAMI tarafından finanse edilmektedir.
