UMM Launches Debate on Future of the Council of Europe

The Union of Municipalities of Marmara contributes to the discussions about the future of the Council of Europe, publishing an opinion piece in the Turkish daily English newspaper "Today's Zaman". The article entitled "New capital for new Council of Europe" opens a debate on the future seat of this organisation and on the possible geographical enlargement.
